Board Members: Please help make our Fall Family Potluck great!

• It is a potluck and we want to encouarge people to bring a dish (homemade or store bought). We will have pizza and salad, but don't want people to count on us providing enough food to feed everyone. We will check the stock of hospitality supplies and purchase to stock up for this event and maybe for the rest this year.
• We would like to know who on the Board will commit to us to bring a dish (that serves 10-12) and who can show up at 615 to have food ready and people to help greet.
• The Food and the General PTSA Meeting are the main events so having some informational tables from the PTSA makes sense: what COMMITTEES want a table? We would suspect: MEMBERSHIP, VOLUNTEER, TRANSPORTATION, GEAR SALES (are there Tshirts to sell?) AND FUNDRAISING...LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE A TABLE TO DO ANY PTSA WORK AT THIS EVENT.
